  • How are you sourcing and producing locally?
    We are sourcing exclusively from Bella + Canvas, a Los Angeles based company as the base for our products. We find that our values are aligned and they enable our mission to elevate your vibes. As a small startup, we don't have the luxury to scale fast, build fast, or even make fast money. However, we are choosing to become the change by making choices for our business that will lead to long term impacts in supply chain and economy. Since we source locally, our products are also produced locally. Our products are made to order. Through our made to order model, we are reducing our carbon footprint by reducing waste.
  • How do you align your business with your values?
    Our products are made to order as soon as the orders are placed. It does take a little more time, however this model enables us to honor & prioritize our values: Environmental sustainability (down to the thread level) Quality craftsmanship Economic impact Supply chain integrity These values are responsibility we embrace by choice. In other words, we want to do this and we are doing this everyday.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If your order is not in production, your order can be cancelled. However, the process requires production validation. Contact us with your order number and we can check and let you know if it's not too late to cancel.
  • What is your return policy
    Each of our items are custom made to order. We are unable to take back the item. However, please contact us to help us meet your needs. We are always eager to please and help our customers.
  • What is your refund policy
    We understand that everyone's order & situation is unique. As a small startup, we are focused on the community we serve so each situation is treated with the utmost care. Please contact us to see how we can meet your needs and we will set the policy around your situation.
  • How long does it take to get my shipment
    Currently, it's around 3-5 business days from the day you put in your order.
  • Do you offer international shipments?
    We are currently operating at a very small (tiny) and lean capacity. Presently, we can only offer shipping within the contiguous 50 states. However, as we expand, our team is actively seeking sustainable solutions to enable international shipping that will not contribute to global warming.
